Chico State Formula SAE is a high-performance collegiate engineering organization dedicated to technical excellence and competitive racing. We provide a modular platform for students to gain hands-on experience in automotive design, simulation, and fabrication, bridging the gap between theoretical physics and real-world motorsport applications.

Our mission is to engineer track-ready racing machines and to prepare the next generation of Chico State FSAE members with the skills and opportunities to excel in automotive engineering. Through SAE International competitions, we test the limits of our engineering DNA on the world’s most demanding circuits.
